In the early stages of his role, he has focused on supporting the review and refinement of the firm’s internal practices and procedures, with the goal of enhancing the overall client experience.
Campbell is steadily progressing toward becoming a qualified financial adviser. He is developing the technical knowledge, client engagement skills, and compliance expertise required for the role through ongoing training, mentorship, and hands-on experience. His growth reflects both his personal commitment and the firm’s investment in future advisory talent.
Outside of work, Campbell enjoys socialising in the West End, keeping active, and finding time to get back into horse riding.
Craig Thomas is a Senior Paraplanner with nearly a decade of experience in financial services. He began his career as a trainee at a single-office independent firm, working to become an adviser before broadening his expertise as a Paraplanner at a large wealth management firm.
At the core of his work is a genuine passion for connecting with people, understanding their aspirations, and creating clear, actionable plans. Since joining FD Wealth, Craig has been focused on refining internal processes to give financial advisers more time with clients. He is also dedicated to helping the company grow, ensuring it’s a great place for people to learn and develop their careers as the firm expands.
When not in the office, Craig enjoys travelling and discovering new places with his wife. He is also a keen fan of American football and is happily getting back into golf, a sport he looks forward to playing more often.
Tom is a Chartered Financial Planner with over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry. Since graduating university, he has dedicated his career to helping a diverse range of clients achieve their financial goals, including business owners, high-net-worth individuals, sports professionals, and those in the public eye. Understanding the unique challenges and opportunities each group faces, Tom specialises in providing bespoke lifestyle financial planning.
Through a holistic approach, Tom takes the time to truly listen to his clients’ aspirations, tailoring strategies that balance short-term needs with long-term financial security. Whether it’s planning for retirement, managing cash flow, structuring business finances, or securing the future of families and estates, his goal is to create a clear, actionable roadmap that empowers clients to make informed decisions and build a secure financial future across generations.

Tom is based in Strathaven and is an active member of the local golf club. He enjoys meeting new people through the club and believes his passion for building connections translates directly to his ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with his clients.

Craig Chapman leads FD Wealth with a proven track record of success in the wealth management industry. Before joining FD Wealth in 2024, he successfully founded and grew a boutique practice, which he later sold to a prestigious FT Top 100 firm.
With almost two decades of experience, Craig drives the strategic growth and direction of FD Wealth, championing the highest standards of client service and personalised investment experience.
Craig is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI, a Chartered Wealth Manager, and an internationally recognised Certified Financial Planner (CFP™).
When he’s not leading the firm, Craig is a passionate blues guitarist, often performing at local open mic nights. When the Glasgow weather allows, Craig enjoys exploring the scenic routes of Scotland (and beyond) on his bike.
Craig lives in the Southside of Glasgow.
